About this Event

If life has felt overwhelming amidst exams, studying, and the demands of day to day life, we’d like to invite you to lay all of that aside and spend a day resting in the silence and presence of Jesus on the day of His Passion and Death. This retreat, hosted at the Barat Spirituality Centre, will be a guided community silent retreat with opportunity for fasting, reflection, and time in the presence of God.

In This Retreat You’ll Experience

• Formation on the spiritual practice of silence and solitude
• Time for silence and prayer
• The 3pm Good Friday service at St Mary’s Cathedral-Basilica
• An optional viewing of the film “The Passion of the Christ” after the service
